The ELERUWON OF ERUNWON, IJEBU, OGUN STATE, NIGERIA

The above named (Monarch) Oba (King) died in Nigerian Hospital after 22 years reign on the 9^th October 2010 at exactly 12.16am. He was born on the June 16^th1933; a Professional Banker and a devout Christian pre and post coronation. In fact, he was a Cardinal with the Cherubim & Seraphim, Mount Zion Church with Head Quarters situated in Surulere, Lagos when the non-Christian group of Kingmakers of his hometown went to his office at Union Bank of Nigeria, Sabo-Yaba branch, Lagos to traditionally prostrate and arrest him with “royal beads” in order to actualize the wish of Ifa Divination; which stated that he had been divinely selected by Ifa to become the King of Erunwon town. He declined initially, but later gave five years concessionary request to allow him complete and retire at thirty years meritorious services with Union Bank of Nigeria, formerly Barclays Bank of Nigeria.

Although, the current whereabouts of his remains is known to his family, it is unknown to the TRADITIONALISTS who are desperate to take over the body for a Fetish and Non Christian/Satanic/Barbaric, Customary Ritual practice, which will exclude all members of his family.

In the past, traditional funeral rites of Kings in Ijebu/Remoland & (all parts of Ogun State) involve deliberate mutilation of the body, removal of the heart of the deceased to be mandatorily eaten by his successor.

The Government of every civilized nation including Nigeria has a duty to uphold the Basic and Constitutional Rights of her citizenry. The Civilian Post Military Government of Nigeria since 1999, has so far failed to uphold the Basic Human / Civil / Constitutional rights of the MONARCHS (KINGS), otherwise known as TRADITIONAL RULERS in many parts of Nigeria.

1999 CONSTITUTIONAL BREACHES

Section 38 of the Nigerian Constitution confers on every citizen, the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion.

Section 17(2b) declares that the sanctity of the human person shall be recognized and human dignity shall be maintained and enhanced.
Section 21 mandates the country to protect, preserve and promote cultures which enhance human dignity.
Section 34 guarantees the right of every citizen to respect the dignity of his person and further provides that no person shall be subjected to torture or inhuman or degrading treatment.

The failure to uphold the above constitutional rights is simply because the Government of Nigeria does not know where the TRADITIONAL RULERS should fit in within the democratically elected system of government. Consequently, the current constitution of Nigeria does not include any defined role for the monarchs. The existence of the MONARCHS is technically illegal. Is it possible that the Federal Republic of Nigeria wants to abolish the Traditional Institution? The answer is NO, because in all the 36 states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, there is a Ministry for Chieftaincy Affairs & Local Government, headed by a Salaried Commissioner, whose responsibility includes presentation of staff of office, (on behalf of the State Governor) to confirm the appointment of all Monarchs/Traditional Rulers.

All the traditional Rulers/Monarchs receive a salary from the Local Government on behalf of State Government. A number are given brand new expensive vehicles. Likewise when a Monarch dies, an allowance is given to meet the cost of the funeral or barbaric/satanic/fetish customary disposal of the body. One should ask under what budget heading the expenditure exists.

Because the Government funds the Traditional Institution. It is therefore not inappropriate to remind the Government that there is an urgent need to have a law which shall give the Traditional Ruler the right to opt out of any installation rite or process which does not conform to his religion or belief and also to be able to give instructions as to the disposal of the body after death, in accordance with his religion or belief…..

There should also be a penalty for anyone who tampers with the body of a deceased king or ignores expressed wishes.

We wish to bring to your knowledge the event CONVOCATION OF ALL IGBO TRADITIONAL RULERS that is billed to hold at the from Thursday 7-9 APRIL, 2010.

THE ALL IGBO RACE KINGS CONVOCATION is a major spiritual initiative and a leading by the spirit of God that will provide a unique platform for Igbo KINGS irrespective of religious or socio-political inclinations to come together as a people to seek the face of God in prayers and worship for the Healing of our land and His Divine intervention in every aspect of our existence as a people.

On starting in 2001, we have remained in prayer & intercession, and in August 2004, we partnered with Fectron in Mobilization of traditional rulers and sponsored the inauguration of the Rivers and Abia States chapter of Fectron. We started net working with other Christian Ministers who join us in carrying out Bible studies, weekly in palaces. We have organized and encouraged converts by slating them to share testimonies of their lives as steps to exposure and encouragement to the weak and fearful. We network with groups that run ministers conferences to teach traditional rulers, and follow up other traditional rulers. We have gone to various palaces to lead kings in renouncing ancient covenants, occultic covenants which has led to establishing new covenants with God and with our Lord Jesus Christ. We have sponsored meal functions and we have entered into peace negotiations as to resolving of community crisis between traditional rulers, their subjects and between warring communities. We have led many traditional rulers to their community gates, markets and village square to make prophetic and renouncing pronouncement to evil covenants.
In our 7 years of taking off, we have entered, preached and ministered in more than 200 palaces in our country. We have put in place clan, local government and state seminars and retreats and we have planed towards having yearly national convocation and a continental convocation for alternate years. These will make for sustainable continued Christian life for Traditional Rulers.
We’re believing God to make a body ministry and not a ceremonial outward show of spirituality. As God helps us in fulfilling this mandate.

“The Lord gave the word, great was the company of those who proclaim it” (Psalms 68:11). It maybe because of a time like this that you have been positioned and blessed. You can be part of this great company by helping us reach traditional rulers in the land.

The Traditional Ruler in your community and other communities in our land to know about the new order and God’s agenda for the harvest of kings.

By sponsoring your community, clan or local government area, Traditional Rulers to be in attendance to our programmes.

You can also finance this programme for traditional Rulers and Chief Priest, in our land as a sacrifice, like Abraham did with Isaac. You being Abraham and your resources being Isaac.

A passionate Appeal
Allow us this auspicious opportunity to congratulate you once again, on your challenges as an IGBOMAN
God bless and keep you. You are quite aware of the convocation held last year April traditional rulers ministered to on how as Igbo people, we have to live a meaningful life. The journey has been, to say the least, very demanding. And many are asking: for God to open our eyes that we may see, and in seeing and hearing please God and discover.

The will of God for Ndigbo
Because of the prayers of our people, God has at various times and forums revealed that He is interested in, not just the emancipation of Ndiigbo, but in their taking their rightful place in God’s scheme of things, politics inclusive. God has therefore severally revealed that he wants to use the Igbo nation as an arrowhead to spearhead his final move to reclaim Africa, nay the world, before His final triumphant return to claim back His inheritance.

Convocation of All Traditional Rulers of the Igbo Race
God has placed a great burden on several individuals and organizations to get the Traditional Rulers to understand the true ownership of, and purpose for, the thrones they occupy. This understanding is now helping them to know and play their proper roles in the polity. This is the one reason behind the convocation of all Traditional Rulers of the Igbo Race planned for Enugu, the Igbo Capital City, from 8th to 10th April 2009.

Why Enugu?
We recall the encouragement of his Excellency the governor of ENUGU STATE that we make it an annual event that’s why the repeat in ENUGU land Enugu remains the physical and spiritual capital of Eastern Nigeria; the area mostly inhabited by Ndiigbo. Many decisions that affect Ndiigbo were taken in Enugu. It therefore becomes proper; in fact, nostalgic that such a unique conference is hosted by Enugu before moving it to other states.

The Envisaged Role you can PLAY
We envisage the following role for YOU in this initiative.
1. It is our prayer that YOU and the government functionaries in all Igbo land understand this important initiate and decide to, not just flow with it but also, facilitate it as some did last year.
2. The approval of the Governors or Ndiigbo, for this all-important conference to be held as planned in the Eastern Nigeria Capital of Enugu, the legendary Coal City.
3. YOUR support in the following areas:
a. Provide security and proper protocol for invited guests
b. Make the old Eastern House of Chiefs chambers within the legislative Building Complex COMFORTABLE for this convocation.
c. Facilitate the attendance of Traditional Rulers from YOUR state to the convocation.
d. Get other Governors in the south East to buy into, support and sponsor the project: in addition sponsor traditional rulers from their states.
e. Provide necessary logistics such as transport and feeding to recognized and accredited IGWES, EZES and Chiefs from VERIOUS States.

We first of all congratulate you as the acting Chairman of this great State traditional rulers council, it is a great privilege at this time GOD will help you.

Keep doing the work you are doing striving to excel to excellence. We pray God to continually give you the wisdom and foresight to be a pathfinder in your areas of leadership in Igbo Land.

The Plight Kings of Ndiigbo

Sir, you are quit aware of the rather tortuous road Ndiigbo have travelled this while just to fulfil destiny. The journey has been to say the least very demanding. And many are beginning to ask: Has God forgotten and abandoned kings Ndiigbo?

The Will of God for Kings of Ndiigbo

For Convocation of this magnitude, we have budgeted a modest sum to be able to house our traditional rulers for 3days and to properly execute the project. God will want to use you and others like you, to defray this huge financial outlay. We therefore specifically request your financial assistance to help us in speaking to the governor and the commissioner on the benefits of this gathering seeing the testimonies of the effect of last year’s convention

1. The opening of the house of chiefs for use

2. Traditional rulers were given an increase in their allowances

3. The governor has kept making life meaningful to them.

This is ROYAL MINISTERIAL OUTREACH TO TRADITIONAL RULERS OF AFRICA (ROMTROA) - a network of Kings and Rulers in Christ. Kings received a wonderful ministry from God which is confirmed in the book of John 3:16-19, talking about God’s whole plan of salvation for man. Since God planned salvation for man, the kings and rulers of the people are also in the plan. As the hub of every community, the kings and rulers are at the forefront of peaceful co-existence in the land. They coordinate the activities and champion a rightful course. If people in a community or nation could be born again, their leaders should be the ones to lead the way.

In many communities today, a lot of people are held in one traditional bondage, or another and their kings and rulers are in the forefront of these obnoxious and barbaric acts. Take a look at what the society has turned out today. It bleeds the heart that some leaders are still backward, with a distorted sense of value which they imbibed from their ancestors, many years back.

A leader should not be biased. When certain things which ordinarily should not be given prominent attention start to assume an important place in people’s lives, with weightier matters relegated to the background, then problem is not inevitable. Kings MUST be men of integrity; people of few words, who uphold truth and fight injustice. Kings are people of higher profiles who are easily identified whenever they stand in the public. But when kings compromise their integrity, children play with them and women insult them publicly.

All these have been the bane of many communities today. Because of ignorance on the part of some kings and rulers, they have allowed their subjects to run wild – a rat race, without control. Acquisition of material wealth has been the order of the day. Thieves and criminals are celebrated in many communities, traditional titles and honours have exchanged hands wrongly. Only the kings in Christ can differentiate black from brown. The king in Christ knows that wealth only comes from God, and that they are naturally the by-products of our service and faithfulness to God.

ROMTROA is therefore calling on all God-fearing kings and rulers all over the world to get identified with its work. ROMTROA is here to show the way back to God, starting from the kings and rulers. We are out to equip you in the restoration of sanity in your community. Our mandate is to reach out to kings and rulers in all capacities and bring them back to the God-given mandate for kings.

When a king or ruler receives Christ as his Lord and personal Saviour, his community will see God’s light. They will no longer call on, or worship idols, deities or ancestral spirits, because the old things have passed away, and now they are accepted in the family of God. In Christ, the position of kings and rulers is highly secured, and so, as ministers and servants of God, they are revered (Romans 13:1-6).

Are you a king who still believes in the fetish traditions of the past? This is your opportunity to be rightly informed. You are not only a king who reside among your own people, your position is high above the limit of your understanding of your work. You are a king unto God. He recognizes your position and so enjoined the people to pray for your good (I Timothy 2:1-3). Your position as a king is a sacred and holy calling before God. It is only a reminder of what you will be at the end of your life with Christ (Revelation 20:6; I Corinthians 15:19-25; Genesis 17:6; Colossians 10:14). So, do not allow anything to prevent you from this wonderful experience.

THE VISION FOR GOD'S KINGS OF THE EARTH (DAN 7:27)

Kings do not just exist – there is a purpose. Their purpose and institution was prepared and approved by God long before they begin to exist (Ps. 102;15 & 22, Ps 138:4, 1 Tim. 2:1-4, Rom 8:19, Joel 2:28,29,32, II Cor. 5:17-19, Acts 9:5-15, Matt. 6:10).

The vision of kings is to partner with God and the Holy Spirit in order to bring to fulfillment God's prophetic word and end-time plan for all that He created. “For the earnest expectation of the creature waiteth for the manifestation of the sons of God” (Rom. 8:19), and this includes the Kings of the earth. The Bible declares, “All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O Lord, when they hear the words of thy mouth"... (Psalm 138: 4). So the heathen shall fear the name of the Lord, and all the kings of the earth thy Glory, when the people are gathered together, and the kingdoms, to serve the Lord (Ps. 102:15-22, Job 12:18-25).

It is also to obey the biblical injunction and God's commandment written in (1 Tim.2:1-4), that when we gather together, we should pray for kings and the people in authority and also asking that thy kingdom come in the earth as it is in heaven (Dan 7:27, Matt 6:10). It may look difficult or impossible with men but in the books of Act 20:22-24, and Esther 4:11-16, we have proves of God’s faithfulness.

Many in this world have questioned the authorities of the kings bearing leadership over them. Christian believers also, have had fears over the traditional rulership and the stool of the king, declaring it as the exclusive rights of pagans, and not God’s children. The Bible declares, “When the righteous are in authority, the people rejoice: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people mourn” (Proverbs 29:2). Who are the righteous spoken about here, if not God’s own children, people who are prepared by God Himself to bring joy and happiness to the land and restore righteousness and the fear of God? God called us and made us kings and we must bear rule and proclaim His authority over the earth (Phil 1:6; 3:10-14).

Let us see more of the fears of believers on traditional rulership and the questions often asked which are before any king and then compare them with God’s Word on the same matter.

1. Who appointed you as king? (Deut 17:14-15 Rom. 13:1-4, 1 Cor4:7-8, 2 Chron. 13:5, Dan5:18-21). Whichever process one may want to follow, let it be known that kings are God’s own elected leaders for the people (Dan 6:26, 1 Kings 10:1-9). They are called to do justice and uphold righteousness (1 Cor 9:23-27, 10:31-33).

2. Who anointed you as king? (2 Samuel 22:51). What type of anointing do you have as a king – God’s or Satan’s anointing? (Matt. 4:19). If God’s, then there is hope for God's kingdom (Matt 6; Luke 11:9-26), and your portion is Psalm 21:

“The king shall joy in thy strength, O LORD; and in thy salvation how greatly shall he rejoice! Thou hast given him his heart's desire, and hast not withholden the request of his lips. For thou preventest him with the blessings of goodness: thou settest a crown of pure gold on his head. He asked life of thee, and thou gavest it him, even length of days for ever and ever. His glory is great in thy salvation: honour and majesty hast thou laid upon him. For thou hast made him most blessed for ever: thou hast made him exceeding glad with thy countenance. For the king trusteth in the LORD, and through the mercy of the most High he shall not be moved. Thine hand shall find out all thine enemies: thy right hand shall find out those that hate thee. Thou shalt make them as a fiery oven in the time of thine anger: the LORD shall swallow them up in his wrath, and the fire shall devour them. Their fruit shalt thou destroy from the earth, and their seed from among the children of men. For they intended evil against thee: they imagined a mischievous device, which they are not able to perform. Therefore shalt thou make them turn their back, when thou shalt make ready thine arrows upon thy strings against the face of them. Be thou exalted, LORD, in thine own strength: so will we sing and praise thy power” (KJV).

But, if you have Satan’s anointing, then there is a problem. This means that you are anointed so that satanic kingdom will expand, and many generations after you will inherit satanic bondage (2 Kings 21:2-6, Eph 6:12). You need an anointing from God to make it in life (1 Jn.2:27; Isa.10:27). As a king, you should be anointed of God, not otherwise, so that you will be an agent of liberation to your community (Isaiah 45:1-13).

3. Which spirit speaks through you as a king? (2 Samuel 23:2).

4. How does God expect you to treat your people, as a king? (2 Samuel 23:3).

5. What should be the attitude of a king serving his people? (I Kings 12).
- The king needs to make a personal decision to serve his people in the fear of God
- The king should respond to them and be accountable to them (I Cor. 9:23-27).
- The king should speak God’s Word to them (I Cor. 9:23-27).

6. What are the effects of the conduct of the king on the people? (2 Chron. 29:19).
- The Lord brought Judah low because of the things that the kings did upon the throne.
- King Ahaz encouraged moral decline and was unfaithful to God (2 Chron. 28).
- Positive achievement was recorded in time of king Asa (2 Chron. 15).

7. What happens when a king sins? (2 Samuel 21; 1 Chron.21).
- When a king sins, it affects the whole land (I Kings 12:27-31).
- When a king sins, it becomes a kingdom sin, community sin, a tribal and a national sin.
- Even when they are dead, the consequences still affect the people after them (Jer. 32:18). The Bible says "The fifth angel poured out his bowl on the throne of the beast, and his kingdom was plunged into darkness. Men gnawed their tongues in agony (Revelation 16:10, NIV). We noticed in this passage that although the activity of the contents of the angel's bowl took place on or was specifically targeted at a seat or throne, the effects of that activity were felt in the entire kingdom being represented by the visited throne. The entire kingdom experienced all sorts of disasters and darkness, followed by the human reactions of "agony" expressed by gnawing of tongues.
- Localized spiritual activities carried out on a throne can have expansive and expensive effects on the entire kingdom; effects mounting up to the satanic heavens over that kingdom, and down to the people on the ground in the kingdom.

8. The passage contains what a king should do so that God can bring peace and prosperity during his reign? (2 Chron. 14:1-7).

9. Knowing that foundations matters, what is the foundation on which your throne stands? (Psalm 97:2; 86:14; 2 Chron. 11:16-17; Eph. 1:4; I Cor. 3:11).

Fellow Kings and Rulers of our land, the effects of evil foundations on the throne is a serious affair. The Bible gives us light into many of them (Judges 8:22-27; 9:1-6; Psalm 97:7; Jer. 22:1-17).

- It has a serious effect on the king (Jer. 22:18-30; Hosea 10:3).
- It affects the people (Psalm 97:7; Isaiah 18:21-22).
- It affects the land and people’s resources (Jer. 17:3-6; Psalm 15:1-5).

10. What qualities should every leader possess? (Psalm 15 us with a list of many of the necessary traits.

David observed that a righteous man who walks in integrity gains not only the respect of others, but also an audience with God (Ps 15:1-2). He demonstrated why predetermined values and ethics, not expediency, must drive our leadership. David pictures a godly leader as the leader who:
• Possesses integrity (v.2).
• Does what is right (v.2)
• Is honest and trustworthy (v.2)
• Does not gossip (v.3)
• Does not listen to gossip (v.3)
• Does no harm to others (v.3)
• Speaks out against wrong (v.4)
• Honours others who even when it costs them (v.4)
• Is not greedy to gain at the expenses of others (v.5)
• Takes no bribes against anyone (v.5)
• Is strong and stable (v.5)

11. What are the benefits of a king who lays the foundation of his throne on the Word of God? (Isa 60:9-22). They include the following:
• The King himself will be blessed (2 Samuel 23:4; Psalm 18:50; 144:1-2, 72:4-17).
• His kingdom, his domain shall be redeemed and healed (Psalm 144:11-15; 72:3; Isaiah 60:18).
• It will affect positively all aspects of the lives of his subjects (Psalm 65:17-25; 89:15-17).
• It will transform their sources and source of income (Isaiah 60:15-17; Psalm 72:16).
• The land will witness rest and peace (2 Chron. 15:1-15; Isaiah 60:18; Psalm 89:18).

THE DOORS ARE OPENED PROPHECY says, “This is the fifth day of holy convocation. I called you from your nations to announce to you that the doors are opened. For many years ancient doors to the mystery of my grace have been locked to Africa by the rebellion and disobedience of your fathers. The doors had been locked by idolatry, bloodshed and immorality, the doors had been locked. Because of deception, ignorance and foolishness the doors had been locked, but today, on this fifth day of your holy convocation, I the Lord God, announce to you that the doors are opened, I, the Lord God announce to you that the doors are opened. I have seen your tears. I have heard the cry of your heart; I have witnessed your willingness to repent. I have come to announce to you that the doors are opened to the mystery of Africa.

The doors are opened to the mystery of your life. Open your eyes carefully and I will show you the doors. Within THE DOOR, as you walk into the door of the mystery of Africa, I will guide you into the mystery of your life. I, the Lord have come to make an announcement that the doors are opened. My celestial doors are opened. Be careful to know the laws of the heavens. Be careful to use them to set my dominion on the earth. My terrestrial doors are opened. I have come to shake the foundation of the earth; I have come to show you the mysteries of its wealth; Reach out your hands into the treasures of darkness; Reach out with my keys to unlock the hidden riches of secret places.

The doors are opened to the thrones of Africa. I have come to harvest the souls of kings.

This is the season of their harvest.

I will loose the amour of kings and open to you the gates of their thrones.

The day has come for a continental gathering of kings at the feet of the King of kings.

Open your eyes and see the multitudes of doors that are open to your sons and daughters of Africa.

I have opened the doors to the market place.

I have opened the doors with inventions.

I have opened the doors of knowledge and wisdom.

I have opened the doors of power.

I have opened the doors of prophetic marriages. Did I not show you how to open them? Yet now, I have come to open them Myself.

I have released angels into your midst. They will unlock the ancient doors that have hindered My Plans. They will break the bars of iron; they will cut them asunder.

I have come to show the mystery of My Grace.

In the book of Ezekiel the Lord began to make the prophet speak saying, “For I am the LORD: I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord GOD. Again the word of the LORD came to me, saying, Son of man, behold, they of the house of Israel say, The vision that he seeth is for many days to come, and he prophesieth of the times that are far off. Therefore say unto them, Thus saith the Lord GOD; There shall none of my words be prolonged any more, but the word which I have spoken shall be done, saith the Lord GOD” (Ezek.12:25-28).

We served a God that never comes late. He is always on time. And He makes all things beautiful in His time, not in our own time (Eccl.3:11). THIS IS GOD'S OWN TIME FOR THE KINGS. God always performs what He speaks (Ezek.37:14). Even if it seems like there is a delay, we will hang on this prophecy and the inner witnesses we have individually received, because His words will not return void. HIS WORD always performs that which it is sent to do (Isaiah 55:11).

THE ROYAL FATHER'S OUTREACH TO TRADITIONAL RULERS OF AFRICA

THIS IS A GOD-GIVEN VISION TO REACH THE KINGS AND TRADITIONAL RULERS
Received as a revelation to be fulfilled through obedience seeing similar organizations as
complementary and striving to serve God with teams to advance God's KINGDOM & RULE accompanied by strong inward peace even through outward oppositions, it moves me not, I am compelled and captivated until it is fulfilled that all the kings in the earth will praise You, Oh Lord, when they hear the words of your mouth (Ps:138:4).

THEREFORE, LORD, deliver me and my team from depending on gifts, skills or experience that hinder the work, help me to work with other people and groups complimenting each other and not as competitors. Let me not seek growth and revenue and become stressed up and abandon this vision to the KINGS. Help me Oh Lord Jesus, who makes intercession for me. Fulfill thou, Oh Lord, Your purpose and your love for me. Oh, Lord, who endures forever, do not abandon the works of Your hands. Amen (Psalm 138:8).

The user of this prayer directional book should do so on the bases of Psalm 103:17 because, there is a dearth of leaders and kings within the Body of Christ. All through the years the author of this book has been watching as Christians join the heathens to appoint their chosen Kings and Princes for death. How? For it is a common saying among Christians that "He will not succeed". The unbelievers will not allow him to succeed. "He will backslide, they will soon kill him, how can he cope and challenge the forces of the land? Are Christians called to leadership in this worldly system?”

These are question that we must objectively answer if we seriously want our nation and communities to be delivered from godless rulers. The Bible comments ''as a man thinketh in his heart so is he". For this reason, the Bible clearly admonishes that we should cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God (2 Cor. 10:5). Just as we can pray into existence the WEALTH and RICHES of this world, so let us pray into existence the KINGDOM OF OUR GOD AND HIS CHRIST. What do Christians do when they hear what should be (Colo. 1:9-14). For this cause we also, do not cease to pray for you…

In Matthew 6:10, the Bible says "Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven". This prayer bulletin is an essential if the world would thrive optimally. Dearly beloved,

It is my pleasure to welcome you to the ministry of intercession and harvest for kings and traditional rulers, in Nigeria, the whole of Africa and beyond. There is much heritage locked up among our people and, their kings. I believe that as we pray together, the truth is that God will not only bless traditional rulers in the whole of Nigeria and Africa, but all over the world.

Every people or group has a richness of tie which when uncovered by the son of righteousness makes the beauty of God's wisdom more profound. He is the one, who sent Christ to die and redeem us from the curse of the law being made a curse for us (Galatians 3:13).

The sin of idolatry and occultism wrecked kingship of Africa, making leadership synonymous to it. Polygamy, witchcraft, the wearing and use of charms and setting up of and servicing of ancient altars marked out the palace and the thrones as a forsaken area. The effects is that millions cannot simply call God as their Father – having believed the lie of the devil that it is simply not possible that leadership, royalty and kingship cannot be enslaved to ancient idolaters. However, life in Christ, which is now come to kings, which is simple and rich, brings to fulfillment the saying of Jesus "Take my yoke upon you for my yoke is easy and my burden is light".

King David said, “Blessed be the Lord my strength which teaches my hands to war and finger to fight; My goodness, and my fortress; my high tower and my deliverer; my shield and he, in whom I trust, who subdueth my people under me. It is he that giveth salvation unto kings, who delivereth David his servant from the hurtful sword" (Psalm 144:1-2, 10).

As you look back to your domain, you now know that the Lord has made you a priest and a king unto Himself. If you believe in Him through Jesus and not unto deities, shrines and gods of the land or sea, which are no gods, and create not the heavens and the earth, you will see His salvation (Rev. 3:9-10; Jer. 10:11, 15).

Declare ye therefore, in your kingdoms all the words of Christ’s salvation (Rev.11:15-l8; Acts.17:24-31).

This is a 4 yrs targeted project of reaching Traditional Rulers for Christ by going to their domains and lead them to acknowledging God and the father of our Lord Jesus Christ as the creator and King over all the Earth.

And to establish that IDOLS, DEITIES, CULTS are not the Creator but creature and the works of men. This will bring about harvest of leaders of communities 4 to every 10 create fellowship condition between traditional rulers who get born again studying and learning of Christ which will lead to new life modeling, this will help in conflict and crisis resolutions by holding village square seminars and practical demonstrations of small and medium manpower developmental and Economic empowerment projects , which they will be able to manage for sustenance and keeping them away from depending on political manipulations and retrogressive customs , traditions and festivals, which many depend on thereby mortgaging communities.

The project findings and proven cases are from 3 states of the federal republic of Nigeria NDASHI, ETCHE LGA RIVERS STATE, ETIM EKPO LGA AKWA IBOM STATE and BORUM BOKI LGA CROSS RIVER STATE. Leading teams of volunteers into these communities where life and living depends on the dictates of the gods of the Land and political manipulations breeding oppression, hatred and victimization of weak communities Our team working with home Support of Four Square gospel Church Woji and back up from life time caring ministries have between 2004 to middle 2006 reached Traditional rulers councils of Nkanu East senatorial Zone totaling 50 in Enugu State. In Rivers State 30 present, In Umuahia Abia State, Lunch for 20 and Inauguration of the fellowship for traditional rulers. 100 was present and gave their lives to Christ. With what we have seen we hope to in 2 yrs impact StateS, Local Gov’t Areas, and at clan levels and traditional rulers of various communities in other West African Nation at 300 community members and their village heads or paramount rulers serving the Lord. In all 20 x 500 LGAs at 10,000 per year committing their lives to Christ and serving the Lord.

Targeted converts in 2yrs 30,000 converts and 1000 Traditional rulers.

6. FOLLOW UP AND DISCIPLESHIP:

Observations after Outreaches has revealed that most the converted traditional rulers become lonely, isolated and sometimes persecuted by their subjects, hence the need for a form both for association and motivation by seminars and Retreats with investment opportunities lectures for rural dwellers given to them. With the above the volunteers who are born again, Christians, will help in mobilizing the community in prayer and bible studies and some times in communities where there are no churches and fellowships they are programmed to start weekly fellowships in such palaces for follow-up sake we also carry out ministers conference, teaching the ministers what their relationship should be, this method has also brought revival in some of the communities and in some cases led to church planting in communities that before was resisting the gospel.

7. PROJECT LEADER DESCRIPTION

Eze Chukwuma Tony Okoro is a member of foursquare gospel church Woji Port Harcourt. One of the foundation fathers of full Gospel business Men’s Fellowship in Nigeria and West Africa is an engineering business man before the call to the throne which is a missionary call up with apostolic touch; he pioneered many of the mother chapters of fgbmfi in Nigeria, Camerouns, Ghana, Benin and Equatorial Guinea. He is married to Loveth Oluchi Okoro with five (5) children. TOCHI, EZICHI, AMARACHI, AKACHI AND IHENKETACHI FAVOURED.

7. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT:

The Strategy that is adopted is to deliver the gospel in nucleus of community relations and Development Seminars with talks. However we are not oblivious to the fact that if Satan can successfully attack a community he can also destroy the people’s orientation and leader. The royal fathers out reach needs trained personnel in this area, for two reasons

(1) To make communities a heaven on Earth. (Matt 6:10)

(2) To prepare them to minister to others whose communities are in trouble (Rev. 5:9-10).

There is approximately one conflict or the other for most communities in Africa. This represents a lot of pains, broken hearts and fractured communities. Born-again, Spirit filled people are not immune or shielded from the onslaught of the evil one. Without exception enough Christian leadership training seminars has not been held with communities’ leaders at village and clan levels. We need to be equipped, to give and receive helpful Leadership in these areas. The project leaders and some professional hands and Kings in this area have to hold workshops through the years. In some communities were we have helped their leadership style and results.

Our own personality, life experiences and knowledge will dictate in a large measure how these very sensitive men and their communities can be handled, so that they in turn will be used of God to sustain this agenda, which will be achieved by two top priorities:

(1). Prayer and Intercession

(2). Ministry of God’s word.

Following the steps of Peter in (Acts 6:4) and Nehemiah all through the Book of Nehemiah.

8. PROJECT SUSTAINABILITY.

The second major challenge is holding forth. The ultimate is to follow up the souls that will give their lives to Christ until they are established. Win and nurture up, some traditional rulers who will in turn become fishers to their own community, country men and women.

Strategy:

a. Mobilize them and community based churches to be the arrow heads for follow up after the programmed for you can not separate good leadership from clear vision.

b. Include the Prayer Team leader of each local church were there is any (for train the trainers) in the Zone. For prayer infuses the vision, enabling us to see what God wants to do.

c. Programme, Planning, and Execution Committees appointed from communities under the leadership of volunteers in the area for effect, accountability, maintenance and yield. By teaching traditional rulers that leaders are more fulfilled by empowering others than by doing the work themselves.

9. PROJECT BEST PRACTICES

OUR APPROACH TO THIS VISION WILL BE USING AND SENDING CHRISTIAN VOLUNTEERS TO

1. A predominant idolatrous and poor communities of various Nations of Africa

2. Orientation at all levels on the way out in African communities.

3. Creating awareness among and about the poor and crisis ridden communities in various African Nations.

4. Implementing of community initiated projects through them, by prayer and commitment like Nehemiah.

5. Mobilization of any and all available local resources.

6. Capacity building and strengthening of local converts to establish an effective community level “delivery” revolutionized system to spiritually and economically sustain the vision.

7. Free Medicare approach and attracting Government and free Health Agencies to such communities initially, and subsequently teach them to provide for themselves. 2Kings 19:29-31.

ROYAL MINISTERIAL OUTREACH TO TRADITIONAL RULERS OF AFRICA (ROMTROA)

=Reaching the Kings And Rulers For Christ=

BACKGROUND

Between 1982 and 1987, God began to speak to Eze Chukwuma Tony Okoro through Teachings, Visions, and Prophecies about the need to evangelize the Kings and Rulers in rural and urban areas. In 1999, there was a call to be the traditional ruler of his community by his people and God also with a clear leading to establish an organization to make a Vision possible. (Judges 11:11; Acts 9:15). Prior to this dates Brother Tony had received lots of exposure and experience while working in the cities and rural areas with Scripture Union., Gideons International and the Full Gospel Business Men’s Fellowship International and other Christian Organizations (Neh 2:1-16).

VISION & MISSION

In the Vision for the outreach, rural and urban communities all over Nigeria and other African Nations that have been dominated by idolatry, poverty, ignorance and disease are given the opportunity to receive eternal life and better life through the preaching and demonstration of the word of God- in power and practical love when the word of God is preached to traditional Rulers and Elders of the Land (Psalm 102: 15-22, 2 Kings 18:1-8; Neh 2:17-20)

OPERATIONAL STRATEGIES: Josh 1:1-11; Isa 8; Rev 3

· We enter into palaces, saturate rural areas with the gospel through meal functions, crusades, film shows, seminars and prophetic actions. (Neh 1:2-4, 2:1-5)

· We go in and destroy satan’s kingdom in these areas through spiritual/physical destruction of idols, shrines, groves, altars and do family/ community liberation programs having Deut 18:9-13 as our watchword.

· We train believing Traditional rulers and juju priest in prayer and spiritual warfare so they can cast out all satanic force and dominate their local environment with the power of God. We do this by organizing prayer and spiritual warfare retreats in rural areas all over the Nations of African ( Rev 5: 9-10, 2Kings 19:1-3, 14-15)

· We equip Traditional Rulers and rural believers for the work of the kingdom by organizing Local Government seminars, and village square teachings. (2Kings 19:29-31).

· We also equip and empower rural ministers irrespective of denominational affiliations through rural ministries conferences so they can recover their dignity in God, and take the rural areas for Jesus.

· We don’t plant new churches, instead networking ministries or co-operating churches do, where none existed before, or where a very clear need is proved they can plant one. Usually most of such newly planted churches are handled by other Churches or Ministries as the Lord directs.

· Every State of the South-east and Mid-west of Nigeria 2006 – 2007

· Enter West and Central African Nations 2006 – 2007

· East, North and South African Nations 2007 – 2010

· Reaching the Kings and Rulers at least one out of every ten(10) persons in every community

· 300 souls out of every community; 3,000 of every Local Government Area every year with a targeted 30,000 souls and 3000 traditional rulers for Christ.

· 30% yearly increase of converts by 2010.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

A Royal Majesty’s Cabinet as the highest decision making body leads the ROMTROA. An enlarged Executive Council made up of principal officers of the outreach carries out policies of the General Committee. There is a Board of Trustees.

SOURCES OF FINANCE

The ministry has been supported largely by the sacrifices of its “tent-making” leaders and the donations received from believers and partners in various places. (Neh 2:5-9, 2 Cor. 8:1-15)

ACTIVITIES & ACHIEVEMENTS

ü Since its inception ROMTROA has VISITED more than 90 rural communities and thrones in different parts of Nigeria. Almost all of them were handed over to God and to other Christian church and fellowship organizations for follow-up and coordination.

ü Formed, organized and partnered with effective Outreach Mission Organizations and recruited willing vessels for mission trips.

ü Have seen tens of thousands of villagers born again in numerous crusades, ministers conferences and outreaches in all parts of Nigeria and African Nations

ü Have organized the total liberation of rural communities from idols leading to the spiritual and physical destruction of shrines, idols, groves, altars etc.

ü Recruited, trained and worked with missionaries to various tribes in Nigeria and other African Nations

ü Have consistently shared in Rural Ministers Conferences for gospel workers in the rural areas etc. (Acts 4:8-12; Neh 4:14-20)

· We don’t plant churches we rather wake up the Body of Christ in the area of Church planting; To plant a new church where none existed before; Recruiting & Motivating other Christian Organizations to plant churches in the rural areas.

RADIO /TV EVANGELISM

· We seek help in this area of Evangelism to reachout through the waves and networks

· If the Lord is laying it in your heart we shall be ready to share experiences and life testimonies, if avenue is created.

HOW TO BECOME A VOLUNTEER

Interested Applicants must possess, at least, a Post Secondary, NCE (or equivalent), or a specialty training, be born again, spirit-filled and specifically called to ROMTROA (or rural evangelism). You have to be able to pioneer a village project or a rural initiative. Interested persons are to apply, in person, to our offices. (Neh 2:16-18, 4:6, 7:1-3)

Oh Lord, God of heaven, the great and awesome God, who keeps his covenant of love with those who love him and obey his commands, let your ear be attentive and your eyes open to hear the prayer your servant is praying before you day and night for your servants, the traditional rulers and the people of Africa. I confess the sins we Africans including myself and my father’s house have committed against you. We have not obeyed the commands, decrees and laws you gave your servant Moses. Remember the instruction you gave your servant Moses, saying “If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations, but if you return to me to obey my commands, then even if your exiled people are at the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there and bring them to the place where I have chosen as a dwelling for my Name. They are your servants and your people whom you redeemed by your great strength and your mighty hand. O Lord, let your ear be attentive to the prayer of this your servant and to the prayer of your servants who delight in revering your name. Give your servant success today by granting him favour in the presence of the kings and rulers of the African Nations. Amen.
