Dear Fellow Nigerian(s)/Member of the International Community,
Re: The Body/Remains Of
Late H.R.H. Alayeluwa Kabiyesi Oba (Cardinal) Olaseni Adeyinka Awofeso, JP
(Aged 77yrs)
Abere Oje I (1988 – 2010)
The ELERUWON OF ERUNWON, IJEBU,
The above named (Monarch) Oba (King) died in Nigerian Hospital after 22 years reign on the 9th October 2010 at exactly 12.16am. He was born on the June 16th 1933; a Professional Banker and a devout Christian pre and post coronation. In fact, he was a Cardinal with the Cherubim & Seraphim, Mount Zion Church with Head Quarters situated in Surulere, Lagos when the non-Christian group of Kingmakers of his hometown went to his office at Union Bank of Nigeria, Sabo-Yaba branch, Lagos to traditionally prostrate and arrest him with “royal beads” in order to actualize the wish of Ifa Divination; which stated that he had been divinely selected by Ifa to become the King of Erunwon town. He declined initially, but later gave five years concessionary request to allow him complete and retire at thirty years meritorious services with Union Bank of
Although, the current whereabouts of his remains is known to his family, it is unknown to the TRADITIONALISTS who are desperate to take over the body for a Fetish and Non Christian/Satanic/Barbaric, Customary Ritual practice, which will exclude all members of his family.
In the past, traditional funeral rites of Kings in Ijebu/Remoland & (all parts of

The Government of every civilized nation including
1999 CONSTITUTIONAL BREACHES
- Section 38 of the Nigerian Constitution confers on every citizen, the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and religion.
- Section 17(2b) declares that the sanctity of the human person shall be recognized and human dignity shall be maintained and enhanced.
- Section 21 mandates the country to protect, preserve and promote cultures which enhance human dignity.
- Section 34 guarantees the right of every citizen to respect the dignity of his person and further provides that no person shall be subjected to torture or inhuman or degrading treatment.
The failure to uphold the above constitutional rights is simply because the Government of Nigeria does not know where the TRADITIONAL RULERS should fit in within the democratically elected system of government. Consequently, the current constitution of
All the traditional Rulers/Monarchs receive a salary from the Local Government on behalf of State Government. A number are given brand new expensive vehicles. Likewise when a Monarch dies, an allowance is given to meet the cost of the funeral or barbaric/satanic/fetish customary disposal of the body. One should ask under what budget heading the expenditure exists.
Because the Government funds the Traditional Institution. It is therefore not inappropriate to remind the Government that there is an urgent need to have a law which shall give the Traditional Ruler the right to opt out of any installation rite or process which does not conform to his religion or belief and also to be able to give instructions as to the disposal of the body after death, in accordance with his religion or belief…..
There should also be a penalty for anyone who tampers with the body of a deceased king or ignores expressed wishes.
“THE USE OF HUMAN BEINGS FOR RITUALS IS NOT
SUPPORTED BY ANY IFA DIVINATION OF ORUNMILA
- THE PROPHET OF THE YORUBAS”.
Dear Fellow Nigerian/Member of the International Community, we are all duty bound to advocate for equity, justice and fairness for the deceased, whose subjects, including the RITUALISTS have an unquestionable right to be laid to rest in line with an expressed wish and religious belief.
THE ROYAL FAMILY OF AWOFESO HAS ONLY ONE WISH…..
TO UPHOLD THE EXPRESSED WISH OF THE LATE MONARCH
FOR
A BEFITTING STATESMAN’S, OPEN, CHRISTIAN FUNERAL.
May his soul rest in peace.

ReplyDeleteHello diran, were you there? Did you see him eat it? Or you are just writing all these rubbish from stories you were told. Obviously you just proved a point that there was hatred in that family and that’s why the late kings family distanced themselves from you people because you all are wicked set of humans who shouldn’t be called one’s family, you belong in the wild jungle with the rest of your carnivorous animals. You have the audacity to write your surname here then go ahead to write this shit, showing how horrible you all are. The wrath of God will descend on you and the rest of the fake ass family. You should be ashamed of yourself portraying how you all are 2 faced betrayals. You weren’t raised well obviously that’s why you have lack of respect for the dead and you are supporting cannibalism. That’s why the town is backwards and no matter what anyone wants to bring so you all can move forward you have refused to progress. Go and look at the useless town filled with cannibals, it’s an eye sore and you should be ashamed of yourself supporting eating a dead person. Change your barbaric ways and turn to God before you all will perish. Rubbish animal in sheep’s clothing. Tueh, shame on your bitter disgusting, human flesh eating soul. Bunch of animals. Refrain from mentioning that name, you and the rest of you will never be half of the man he was. Shameless backwards backstabbing twats.
ReplyDeleteBtw, you are not the son of the late king, the late king had no diran as his child. Lying son of a bitch. It’s obvious you are a liar. Only a bastard son will write this about his own father so you proved yourself and shot yourself in the leg. I can list all the children he had and there’s no diran anywhere. You lying piece of shit. You have no single respect for the dead. I can bet you don’t even know the location of his house. I dare you to post it here. Disgusting spun of the devil, eat his body all you can, you are a BASTARD and you are NOT THE SON OF THE LATE KING, you fucking imposter at least do proper research and find the name of his sons. Put in the effort to impersonate instead of this cheap barbaric rubbish.
ReplyDeleteDiran ko Didirin ni. I just spoke to his wife and his 8 children and you adimeru, you are not part of them, they don’t even know you. So whatever hole you crawled out of to spew these lies, I suggest you crawl back in before thunder, lightning and brimstone will locate you and the rest of these fake ass hateful bastard Awofesos that sent you to do this rubbish and tarnish the name of this man. You thought you can post this 4years after his death and his family won’t notice. News flash you have been nabbed. Ole, omo ikeji aja. I know your history cos the wife already told me. You aren’t his son, he was only kind to your stupid parents and raised you and as the ungrateful bastard that you are, you decided to pay him back by disrespecting the dead and his family that he left behind. He should have left you to your miserable death. The child he helped turned out to be the one dragging his name in the mud.
